  • Once you place the order we will send you the tracking no. of the courier service provider on your Whatsapp number.
  • Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has been shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.
  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of the payment being received.
  • Our courier partners will deliver your products within 7-10 working days. [Note: Our courier partners try to deliver before the estimated delivery date but sometimes they might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.


International shipping

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone provided by you at the time of order.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders from value INR 499-3,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 1,750 approximately 
Orders from value INR 3,000-6,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 2,000 approximately 
Orders above vale INR 6,000 would incur a freight charge of INR 3,000 approximately 
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Derma Organics (Brand: O’Mumsie ) ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Derma Organics (Brand: O’Mumsie ) ships to all the major countries worldwide.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 -48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Derma Organics (Brand: O’Mumsie ) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Derma Organics (Brand: O’Mumsie ) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In case of bad packaging or leakages, please send us the photos for investigation; on a successful investigation, we will refund or reship the order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Derma Organics (Brand: O’Mumsie ) will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
